Reschedule policy

In the event that you find yourself unable to make it to your scheduled session, we kindly request a minimum of 2 weeks' advance notice. This ensures that you won't incur a cancellation fee of $100.

As a small, family-owned business, our pet photography session placements are limited and include a dedicated time for each session. Your cooperation in providing us with a 2-week notice period enables us to potentially fill that time with another booking. Otherwise, we regretfully lose the opportunity and others miss out. Your understanding and consideration are greatly appreciated.

Rescheduling due to an emergency/illness

We understand that unforeseen situations and/or or emergencies can arise. In such cases, we are committed to working with you to identify an alternative date that suits your schedule. Should you need to reschedule due to illness or emergencies, your initial confirmation deposit will be transferred to the newly selected date.

It's important to keep in mind: If additional rescheduling is necessary, a fresh confirmation deposit will be required.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Should you decide to cancel your pet photography studio session any cancellations will result in forfeiture of the confirmation deposit or studio session fee, which will be transformed into studio credit. This credit will remain valid for one (1) year and can be utilized for artwork purchases within our studio.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. To secure your chosen date and time for your Zoo Studio pet photography studio session, a confirmation deposit or studio session fee is required.

  2. Your pet photography session confirmation deposit or studio session fee is non-refundable. In the event you reschedule your studio session, your confirmation deposit or studio session fee can be transferred to another party. However, please note: when participating in charitable fundraising projects, the $150 participation fee dedicated to charity remains non-refundable without exception. This is because the confirmation deposit is donated to the nominated charity at the time of your booking and payment of your confirmation deposit.

  3. In the event that you provide a minimum of 14 days' advance notice to reschedule by contacting us on 03 9201 2248 or 07 3870 0903 or you can email us: info@zoostudio.com.au, your confirmation deposit or studio session fee will be seamlessly transferred to secure a new date for one (1) rescheduling instance. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences, please be aware that weekends tend to be heavily booked in advance, often leading to the availability of alternative session dates mainly on weekdays. Placement on a waiting list may be necessary.

  4. Rebooking multiple times without an additional non-refundable confirmation deposit or studio session fee is currently not available. 

Photographs:

  1. Zoo Studio does not provide any unedited photographs. As we are a professional photography studio, all our photographs are fully edited and retouched by our professional retoucher.
  2. Copyright of all photographs remains the property of Zoo Studio.
  3. The cost of Wall Art is not included in your Studio Session Booking Fee. Prices vary depending on your selection. Please contact us for further information and prices.

Gift Certificates:

  1. All Gift Certificates, unless otherwise specified, cover the Zoo Studio Session fee. Any credit applicable may be used toward artwork of your choice.
  2. Gift Certificates, unless otherwise specified, are valid to date specified on your Gift Certificate. Special Gift Certificates usually have a validity of twelve (12) months, unless otherwise specified. Any Standard Gift Certificate has a validity of three (3) years.
  3. Gift Certificate bookings must be made in advance through Zoo Studio and are subject to time availability.
  4. At the time of booking, gift certificate must be specified as the method of payment for your session.
  5. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, or credit of any amount.
  6. Cancellations of bookings made using gift certificates can only be made in line with the terms and conditions relative to the type of session booked.
  7. Gift Certificates are the responsibility of the customer and any certificate lost of stolen cannot be replaced.
  8. The cost of Wall Art is not included in your Gift Certificate. Prices vary depending on your selection. Please contact us for further information and prices.
