Photo Session Update

March 13th, 2010 3:18pm

Only two client sessions this week, I have been very busy doing some ’special’ stuff in the studio (more on this another time, but aren’t I all secretive!). So I have included two of each pet. First up is the lovely Tess, who discovered after 15 years that she does like liver treats. I learnt that a Jack Russel is actually named after a bloke called Jack Russell, who first started breeding them for hunting. Even better he has a pub named after him which still exists – now that is a real honour! This morning we had a great time with Sophie and Amelia, for who I hope I have got two photos of each shown, but if I am being truthful I am having a hard time telling them apart – they are twins after all. Anyway as always please do let me know what you think!

Love the shot of the JR in the chair! Really gives the “olden day” feel to the shot (appropriate for the age of the dog!). Love it!

  2. Tess looks beyond cute in the photos!
A cross between a teddy bear and a puppy. Not bad for a 15 year old!

There’s so much vulnerability in the image of the dog in the chair. It really is such a symbolic image. I love it. Just makes me want to give the little pooch a great big hug.

Miss Kitty is gorgeous and she knows it. Then again….I reckon when you’re that beautiful, you’re allowed to.

    Lovely photos again, Ken.

  4. Sophie and Amelia are so beautiful! What posers…I’m so glad these worked out for Vanessa!
